Description
Here are my PH license plates for NFS Underground 2!!
Proper Installation:
-Open NFS-TexEd
-Open the GLOBALB.BUN and GlobalB.izc file from GLOBAL folder of your NFSU2 and look for LICENSE_PLATE texture (ID#6)
-Import the texture and save!
PH vehicle plates include:
-New 2014 registration plates (3 letter and 4 number version)
-Current and previous registration plates (Vanity and standard 3 letter and number versions)
-Vehicle registration plates for Public Utility Vehicles (2000s version)
