x:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\GLOBAL
then
use your nfs TexEd
open the texture in
x:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\GLOBAL\GlobabB.LZC
find (1-45-DXT3-nfs_u2_mw-OBJ_TRACKBARRIERB_B_BC) & (1-69-DXT3-nfs_u2_mw-OBJ_TRACKBARRIERB_NEON_)
then replace old textures to new textures. done

save and open the game
