Ok, there are 4 possible looks in here:

DEFAULT:
This is how it looks the default menu applying ONLY the
color textures. [Default textures not included] [Pic 1]

TRANSPARENCY:
This is the already posted mod, but re-textured and you
need to apply this mod before to continue, due to a few
changes and easy way to apply the next looks. [Pic 2]

COLORS:
Each color affects only the background of the menu,
pick your color and replace the textures. [7 colors] [Pics 3-9]

BACKGROUND:
This textures adds the white bars to the menu. [Pic 10]
