Might cause menu graphics to glitch as shown in picture.
Install at your own risk!
I cannot seem to solve the issue.
Tutorial:
1. Install NFS TexED. (google it)
2. Open GlobalB.lzc under GLOBAL in your root game folder, with TexED. (make a backup before replacing)
3. Replace default license plate texture with my LICENSEPLATE.dds file.
Done. Enjoy.
