Okay, I have recieved a complaint from a user that I make sound mods ONLY for my favourite cars. My answer is no, the arrangement is in no order when I made them. These are just cars that comes in my mind when I think of a word or anything like Italy, Detroit, 1960s, and/or a Snake.

Installation: Make sure you have a backup of the SOUND folder.
Just copy the files to the ENGINE folder, open the attributes.wmps of the desired car and replace the sound codes…

Respect my work, don't steal it. You are allowed to edit my mod but only for personal use.
