How to install number plate
1-Extract sa-numberplate.zip with 7zip or winrar
2-Download NFS Tex Editor
http://www.4shared.com/zip/29pv5HYA/NFS-TexEd-091.html
3-Open up NFS-TexEd.exe
4-Click archive and then open
5-Find the NFSMW directory
6-Open Global folder, then open a file named globalb.lzc
7-Search for "LICENSEPLATE" ID number is "38" and click it
8-Click Texture and then Import
9-Find the sa-numberplate folder, open LICENSE-PLATE.dds
Save and Enjoy. :)
