The tool i have promised you long time ago….
It's finally here but it's a lot better and more realistic now.
Read the readme file and follow instruction.
Update:- Now after rain it's opacity decreases and you will see it as a rainbow in the sky. (Check the last images)
Use the whole InGame.BUN file to make sure that it works properly ;)
