OK, I just did this out of the frustration of not being able to figure out how to make the default Crown Victoria playable as a perp. So I just slapped this together to replace a car I never play, the Ford TS50.
This is just a quick and cheap patchwork and is not to be taken seriosly. Im not looking for any criticism, constructive or otherwise.
