Ford 750iL Unmarked Pursuit

Description
This is a Need For Speed 3 Traffic Car which is a BMW 750iL (not sure though, see readme for why) that has been converted into a Pursuit vehicle for Need for Speed 4. It has a top speed clocked of 146MPH and can probably go faster. It has turning so good that it can make the 90 degree turn in Hometown at 54MPH, and weighs 1600kg.
Bugs:
1. The Dashmiser bar in front still doesnt show when looked at directly. If looking at the front of the car from an angle you can see it. Then again, I am in software mode so it might be able to be seen.
2. The wheels sometimes dont look like wheels.
3. You can see something near the left rear tailight sometimes that looks like a polygon.
