How to install:
1.1) Run NFS-TexEd and open FrontB1.lzc (\Need For Speed Carbon\FRONTEND\)
1.2) Find [ID_102] LICENSEPLATE texture, replace with any texture from the archive.
2.1) Open InGameA.bun (\Need For Speed Carbon\GLOBAL\)
2.2) Find [ID_30] LICENSEPLATE texture, replace with any texture from the archive.
3) Save.
